On the first 3 pages of my A3 sketchbook, I brainstormed initial ideas for my project. The first page shows basic themes, medias/materials I could use and the research I could do for this FMP (final major project). The second mind map shows a basic theme I picked and the third shows my ideas developing into more appropriate topics and the research and artists I will look into.
I used fine-liner pens and fibre-tips as I think they are great for mind maps; different colours help me understand what I'm reading faster and also helps me differentiate between various topics.
